All of our cottages are fully furnished. The cottages each have a heater and an air conditioner for your comfort, in any season. Kitchen is stocked with a variety of breakfast foods. We require a two-night minimum reservation for weekends and anytime in July and August. We require a three-night minimum on Holiday weekends. It is $20/nt for each additional guest over the regular cottage capacity (which is two people in each cottage, except in the White two-bedroom cottage where it's four). Deposits: A 50% deposit or a minimum of one-night stay is required to confirm and hold a reservation. Cancellation Policy: A full refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations made two weeks in advance of planned arrival. For cancellations made less than two weeks in advance, the deposit will be refunded, minus the processing fee upon re-booking of the cottage. For cancellations made after 3pm of the day before your arrival, the full amount due will be charged minus any portion of your reservation that can be rebooked. These late cancelations must be made by phone, not email. There is no smoking permitted inside. We are pet friendly! Inquire about the possibility of bringing your well behaved pet. $15.00 per night.
